Come and learn the ancient ways of fermenting miso! Explore recipe ideas, taste different misos, and take home your own pint of organic miso made in class -- choice of chickpea or soybean misos. 

Cost includes materials and apps. Participants are welcome to bring an empty jar from home to fill; otherwise, pint jars will be provided.

**Important Note: This class has minimal seating in order to provide a great experience for everyone. Please purchase tickets in advance for us to be able to prep the appropriate amount of materials beforehand. Because of this, *TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR*; Participants are welcome to purchase tickets at our store location with cash as well. **Thank you for your understanding!**
